Not mentioning the constant noise one has to put up with when using the Rep Pepin Dumbbells means that your reviews don’t go deep enough to be useful.
What brand that bench you’re using in 12:22 ?
I’m looking for a a pair of adjustable dumbbells that are “buy it for life”. the trulaps are pretty interesting. a shop where I live have a version of these where most of the internal plastic parts are made of metal instead of plastic.
