For the vast majority in of folks, just get the Asics Novablast 6 or NB 1080 v15 and be done with it, finally.
I love this channel, but it’s mad how much show feel varies from one person to the next. I couldn’t stand the megablast. Felt like I had two boats attached to my feel. Just goes to show how important to figure out if a reviewers running style/feel matches your own.
Agreed with most of the other shoes though. Metaspeed sky Tokyo – the upper didn’t fit me well, and wasn’t all that comfy to run in, but smashed my 5k pr with that one last year… so did its job.

I need ankle stability for a past grade 3 tear
Only 6mths ago so I need stability but I want carbon plated
