After reviewing a ton of adjustable benches, I’ve landed on a pretty short list of ones I’d recommend. Today I want to share that list, walk through the tiers, and explain my criteria for each.

Your wrong about the nighthawk its seat only has 20 degree angle which makes you slide off. So does the Keppi. You need a minimum 30 degree. So least expesive that still works is Ironmaster. ABX has a space at your upper back so thats out. Guess what Blackwing wins as premium bench. No its not that heavy.
Hard to argue this list. I recommend the Nighthawk as well. I have the AB 5200 2.0 and I love it. Better than the Blackwing. I think it’s the powerlifter’s AB. But who are we kidding. They are all awesome compared to the flybird I was using forever lol
I ordered the APEX over 3 months ago in June, and all I get is lies in every single communication. They gave me four delivery estimates and have come and gone. And I have the feeling it’s going to be many more months.
Ironmaster has the new ultra bench coming soon
If the nighthawk came with a 1″ gap and a few extra adjustment angles I would have bought yesterday. 🫡
