Dresses featured:

The ultimate running wardrobe for anti-chafe, high support, and max comfort. After 2 years of running, I’ve become VERY picky about what I wear, because the wrong outfit can completely ruin a run. I have a full closet of gym clothes, but only a small handful of leggings, shorts, and sports bras actually make the cut for running.

In this video, I’m sharing my top 3 in each category, and everything has been extensively run-tested for staying in place, preventing chafing, and holding up through real miles. A lot of “running sets” just aren’t made for those of us who need real support, especially in sports bras.

If you want pieces that actually perform (not just look cute), this is the lineup I reach for every single run.

  1. Love the injinji socks too 😊 a new fave of mine is the Rabbit UPF deflector for my longer runs, I have low tolerance to heat so I got a lighter color and it keeps my skin protected from the sun! And it has a watch vent

  2. If you like the pocket running bra, have you ever tried out a koala clip? (basically a pocket that can be added to any bra, though it works best on racerback). It took me a while to get used to at first, but now I love for being able to run in any leggings and not having to worry about them getting pulled down by the weight of my phone.

Edit: just searched and it looks like they’re shutting down and no longer available for purchase. Incredibly sad, hope mine never breaks.

  3. have u tried janji running shorts? they have a bunch of different inseam lengths, pockets, and have silicone dots on the inside to prevent riding, i swear by them!!!

  4. I value your opinion on activewear so much. I tried Nike Universa on your recommendation and I just love them for my runs. Thank you!
I’ve been seeing a lot of ads lately for Sprints. I’m super curious about them but haven’t made a purchase yet. I was wondering if you’ve ever tried Sprints.
