I’m having difficulty finding extra long compression tights for women. The mens version is too loose in the crotch and doesn’t support my hips and thighs adequately.
Do they not sell these in the US?
My lipedema therapist prescribed ReadyWrap compression wraps, which have velcro straps. The manufacturer is L&R USA.
They come with a full sock compression liner, but I wear them with footless liners since my lipedema causes a rash on one foot.
Very easy to put on, adjust as needed. They’re a little bulky, but they’re really not visible under jeans or trousers.
Not very attractive, I’ll be honest, but they sure do work.

My PT had my get Bioflect. I was only diagnosed about a month ago. So far my biggest issue is making them work under clothing. I am the size you were when you started and I don’t feel comfortable going in public with only leggings. Do you have any tips for managing that aspect? I had a busy day yesterday and it’s really hot here so I only wore compression a few hours at home and I feel it today 😢
Yes, I have CzSalus leggins and they are fabulous! They also have summer version!
I wear them throughout each day. For the time being I have K1 but I will change into K2 in autumn. I think they also have K3. Worth recommending!
